Good Morning! Are you ready to make a dent in your Holiday Cards? Want to join me for our latest class scheduled for October 18th to create 20 Holiday Cards? Each attendee will make five different card designs (x 4 copies) with coordinated envelopes for $45. If you do not finish in class, color pictures will be included in your packet for you to finish up at home. All card supplies included. You just need to bring your favorite two sided tape, glue, and scissors. Or choose an add-on below and I will have your adhesive and scissors waiting for you.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Cards

A Little Kindness Goes A Long Way

This stamp spoke VOLUMES to me. Isn't it nice when someone takes time out of their busy day to say "Hi, how did your week go?" or "Your new exercise plan is working, you look great" or "You are busy, let me grab you lunch".

With the super busy schedules we keep, we sometimes forget to offer a few kind words in discussion. I believe it could be a generation gap issue as well. I noticed that at work when we have a meeting, it's all business - no chit chat. When I attend a meeting at church, there is a lot of kindness chitchat before the meeting gets started.

At the first few meetings, I felt ancy and couldn't understand why these people couldn't get the meeting started on time so I could go home already. After a few meetings, I realized THIS IS how they start all meetings and now I like it. There is something to be said when you sit down at a meeting and someone remembers your mom was injured and feels it is more important to ask about her healing than to jump right into a meeting.
