Pretty Pinks - Build a Blossom

Another inspiration gained from Pinterest and Robinscraftroom.com.  I think I need to buy stock in Pinterest. I talk about it way too much!  Anyhoo, I saw the use of Pretty in Pink and Melon Mambo with the Build a Blossom and I had to try it myself.  What a fun card to make!  I have to add that I am loving my new stamp set - Teeny Tiny Wishes.  I can finally use the mini label punches more often. The stamps fit perfectly.

Sale A Bration Stamp Set - Fresh Vintage

I received a little inspiration from Pinterest today to help me create this card with the Fresh Vintage stamp set that can only be obtained by making a minimum $50 order with Stampin' Up! during Sale-a-bration.  The ink and base are Pacific Point and Very Vanilla.  Very Vanilla ribbon and Pearl accent embellishments finish off this beauty.  What a fun card to make and cased from Stampinanne.blogspot.com via a pin in Pinterest.

Be Mine Valentine

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Today I have another Valentine card to share.  Can you tell I am brainstorming ideas for the actual day?  I have two grade school children and I really like to make school valentines with them.  I do believe a smaller version of this card just might pass their muster. It's very simple to make and they get to use the Big Shot to cut out all of the hearts and emboss the front cover. One small stamp and a few punches are used.  No scissor cutting, except for the ribbon addition. Easy - Schmeazy.

Just For you Valentine

I believe I've come to realize I really like the color red.   There is just something about the color that warms my heart with memories of past valentines.  Today I created a window fold card for you.  This card is really easy to make.  ESPECIALLY with the new Hearts Framelit Dies.  The new dies allow you to cut ANYWHERE on a card to create a window.  No scissors or hand cutting needed (did I mention that I don't like to cut out images with scissors).  Cutting requires too much time and patience from me.

The Language of Friendship

I purchased the Bird Builder Punch months ago and somehow missed the matching stamp set - The Language of Friendship.  This stamp set contains every image you see here and the clear stamp set only costs $11.95. The best part of this card....no cutting with scissors! The coordinating punches do it perfectly!
I also tried a new card folding idea, the card opens after you lift up the top flap. Kind of like an envelope. Looked even better after I trimmed the flap with the new Adorning Accents Edgelit Die and embossed with the new coordinating Adorning Accents embossing folder.  I love coordinating sets that allow me to create so easily!

My Craft Room Pictures

Pinterest!

Oh my goodness, have you seen Pinterest?!  I'd heard about it awhile back, but I do not really have the time to go check out all new websites.  I so wish I had looked at this one earlier!  This website service allows you to 'pin' (save) pictures and videos as you find them surfing.  Then you can go back and review what you found later.  When I am in a design funk (can't think of layouts or colors or where to start) I surf the web for ideas. 

I requested a log in this morning but the service didn't reply right away.  Then I found out it could take days, weeks, even months to get an account unless you have a friend invite you. I promptly texted my good friend (I consider her my little sister and love her dearly) who told me about Pinterest.  She sent me an invite and WHALLA I am in!  Boy what a suprise when I saw all the Stampin Up cards and ideas.  I've already seen a hair curling idea with a sock that Mandy will love.  I know weird.....
